STEP 1.
Initiating query : through e-mail - website - personal meeting. |

STEP 2.
Query form : Interested buyer / importer fills out the international distributionship query form. |

STEP 3.
Assessment: The information provided by the importer/distributor in the query form is then
assessed thoroughly on the basis of :
> experience in selling / distribution of similar products
> market size
> current financial and personnel strength |

STEP 4.
The requested information (requested through query form) is provided to the
importer / distributor by Lotus Herbals. |
| |
STEP 5.
Terms of trade, payment, agreement, promotional and marketing strategy is discussed,
corresponded through e-mails; how to approach the market is also discussed. |

STEP 6.
The interested importer/distributor may thereby go ahead and conduct initial market feasibility study. |
| |
STEP 7.
If found feasible and if the terms are mutually agreed upon, an exclusive or non-exclusive agreement
is signed between Lotus Herbals and the importer / distributor. |

STEP 8.
The initial order is then placed. The time frame given to the importer/distributor is 15 working days
from the date of signing the agreement. After expiry of these 15 days if the importer/buyer fails
to place an order, the agreement stands cancelled and Lotus Herbals is free to find another
importer for that country. |
