a. Systems & Processes: to formulate, design, continuously update and improve the HR processes in consultation with the top management. Develop “best-in-class industry HR practices.”
b. Recruitment: recruit suitable candidates from multiple sources to fill new/existing job positions.
c. Training: conduct H.R training of new inductees and continual training of existing personnel. Introduce, formulate and co-ordinate relevant training programmes for various levels.
d. Performance Evaluation: evaluate and assess individual performance against expectations, targets and other company in-tangibles.
e. Compensation and benefits: monitor the compensation and benefits structure. Manage the increments and promotions in-tune with formal performance evaluation.
f. Budgeting and Control: to budget for manpower and H.R related expenses and control/optimize the expenses as per budget.
g. Motivation: to motivate the work force by conducting events, programmes, management games, rewards system etc.
h. Diversity: ensure diversity in the work force.
i. H.R Goals: to implement corporate H.R goals on a periodic basis. |
